There is something so wonderful and touching about this short video. What you see here is four generations of Jackie Robinson’s family tipping their caps to the Negro Leagues.

You see Jackie’s wife Rachel, their daughter Sharon, their granddaughter Meta and their great-granddaughter Jessica Simms.

To think of their individual experiences as African-American women, it’s so powerful. Jackie Robinson changed America with his fighting spirit and refusal to yield. His family continues the fight.
